| First attempt was so scary for Rumi that he could not even look at the ladder. . . |
| Second attempt helped to determine that the ladder was not alive. |
| Fifth attempt was just too challenging to step near so he resolved my asking him to interact with the ladder by using his Field Retriever skills for deep brush. |
| Sometimes it really helps to watch another canine who has more confidence & experience maneuver the challenge. |
